On my first day in London, the weather did not go as planned. I had zero time to unpack and get at my normal place-everything-strategically-around-the-room procedure. So, I had to hit my Victoria’s Secret arrival interviews in a weird mix of an outfit. What I realized? This hot pink sweater actually goes with much more than I anticipated. I spotted it in Ted Baker’s 5th Avenue store and knew I had to have it – but didn’t know how to wear it. Aside from the occasional neon pop, I am a stranger to this type of pink in my wardrobe. I had planned on wearing it with my rolled distressed denim, silver heels, red lips and a messy pony. What I ended up in was the opposite. Maybe we need a take two next week? But in the end, I kind of liked it.
And oddly, I guess you did too, because I got tons of instagram notes saying how I should always wear pink.

The irony is I never ever wear pink, so now I’m going to try it out a lot on this trip… just wait and see.
