{ Shay Bag }

January 30, 2014

Currently obsessed with this Shay Bag from Sole Society– the natural color makes the bag as versatile as it is chic! Don’t you love the idea of pairing it with dark, hunter green nail polish? Yes, just yes.
Here’s how we’ll style it:

{ oversized appeal }

January 29, 2014

Ok it’s freezing. I spent my snow day doing some sketching and closet cleaning. I have been dying for a really large, oversized scarf in a wintry print. Thinking maybe I need to search menswear too, b/c I like a really big scarf. I’m talking double-as-a-blanket size. Peeked online and here’s what I found…
p.s. Like the illo? Take the class: http://skl.sh/1h63qwc

{ Snow Day }

January 28, 2014

Want to know what makes blizzards more fun? A fuzzy cotton candy colored coat. I like to wear baby pinks mixed with grey, white, and metallics. I chose all h&m (coat, denim and booties) for the snow and paired with my wasson bag from be&d. Piled on some gold, silver & rose gold brandy pham and jcrew jewelry and hit the snow.

{ bold brows / bold lip }

January 27, 2014

Why should you have to pick when you can do both so perfectly?

Here’s what you’ll need to recreate this look:

{ kivita }

January 24, 2014

Wanted to share one of my favorite little touches that I’ve recently added to my home–the Kivita Coasters from RabLabs.  Switching out regular coasters with beautiful pieces like this are the type of accents that make your home feel completely special and unique. I’m kind of obsessed with them…

{ titania inglis }

January 23, 2014

completely taken by Brooklyn based designer Titania Inglis’ Spring/Summer collection. the perfect mix of structured and feminine…. and I want it all.

{ cold weather curls }

January 22, 2014

Sometimes a beanie is not only unavoidable due to cold temps, but also the perfect way to extend your hairstyle between washes. The key to pulling off a beanie and having it compliment your look? Curling the lower half of your hair. simple!

Here’s what you’ll need:

{ social anarchy }

January 21, 2014

Just did a little piece for Social Anarchy Designs and now I really want to buy a body chain. I mean, can you blame me?
With Valentine’s day riiiight around the corner, I thought I’d share some of my favorites from their #loveslavecollection that you can just go ahead and forward on to your significant other. No better gift than a beautiful piece of jewelry that you’ll love forever, right?
that ear cuff? yes. just yes.
{p.s. make sure you’re following Social Anarchy Designs on insta for an extra dose of pretty.}

{ inspired style }

January 20, 2014

I let QVC’s Inspired Style raid my closet on Friday night and just in case you missed it, I wanted to share it with you here…it’s a fun sneak peak at some of my favorite things!

(And p.s. keep your ears open for a second feature happening at the end of January!)
